Watamote (2013) is a psychological satire on degrading elements of otaku culture. While specifically painful, the cheap and shallow entertainment derived can be redeemed by its sheer eccentricity.

Non Non Biyori (2013) antiquates top-notch audio-visuals to remedy its mundane concept. Albeit the visual aspects begin to degrade in its final episodes, it carries the landing at its final moments. Despite quality fluctuation, it still integrates more tasteful forms of character interaction to convey semi-one-dimensional characters in a novelty light.

The hastily thrown together Great Jahy (2021) represents the dying aspects of the medium. Any "fun" animation is diminished once the comedy turns braindead, raises slightly in quality, and then follows the same repetition; it rinses and repeats for twenty episodes.
