The visual feast Flip Flappers (2016), comprising many settings and arcs, is as much off-the-walls as it is rushed and incoherent. Inevitably the ending conflicts and resolutions dive into the realm of cliches; however before so it maintains a level of intrigue and unique episodic story-telling. The show’s second opening, the height of its visual show-casing, ruins part of the show with its terrible song.
