Magic Bus

Mad Bull 34 (1990) is instead "pure chaos" of unkowingly stupid comedic intent. Every character is macho, shallow, and mostly despicable human beings; even ones (such as the buddy detective) who appear to be loving at first. The whole thing feels like a satire. Comedically absurd plotlines create a delirium of nonesense, one which feels intentional. Definitely one of the more "abstract" OVAs from the 90s.
